This course is designed for New Project Managers, project team members or anyone who is looking to grasp the fundamentals of Project Management and how to manage small projects effectively. 

You will learn the basic principles of Project Management through a simulated case study where you will practice how to leverage key project management concepts, lead a project from start to finish, motivate and lead a project team, implement effective project management processes and develop the leadership skills needed for successfully initiate, plan, manage, monitor, control and close projects of any size and scope.
